Lifetime Warranty
If your Meant Jewels jewelry fails for any reason during standard wear, we will repair or replace your jewelry and incur all costs to ship them back to you within the U.S. To make a claim, return your jewelry and the following documents to Meant Jewels at P.O. Box 43331, Atlanta, GA 30336 via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please note that if all of these documents are not included, Meant Jewels will be unable to process your claim and will not incur the shipping costs associated with the claim.
Before making a lifetime warranty claim, please visit www.meantjewels.com to ensure your exact jewelry is currently available. If it is not, you can select a new item of the same value when submitting your claim. You can not choose a different item if your current item is readily available.
Please send the four items listed below in your lifetime warranty claim:
1. Proof of Purchase - An original, dated sales receipt from Meant Jewels clearly listing your jewelry purchase is required to make a claim. The proof of purchase must match the item that you are returning under the warranty. Bank statements not considered proof of purchase.
2. Processing Fee - This fee is required and must be included with each item of jewelry returned under the lifetime warranty. Payment may be made in the form of a check to "Meant Jewels" in the amount of $20 per necklace and $12 per bracelet.
3. The jewelry in its entirety that was originally purchased. If the jewelry is broken, all pieces must be included.
4. Name, address and reason why the jewelry is damaged - Please ensure this information is legible.
